Great Minds Think Alike

So last night around midnight, Preston came home after a long day of Independent School conferencing (seriously--they left at six in the morning). As has become our routine, he immediately started playing around with Callie in our bedroom. When I left the room to go brush my teeth & wash my face, they were goofing around on the floor. However, there must have been a lull in the activity, because when I walked back in, I found this:

So initially, I felt a little guilty for capturing Preston in this moment of exhaustion. Then, however, I found this on my camera:

So apparently we both delight in finding the other asleep in some ridiculous pose, and capturing it on camera. After I realized this, I had no problem in documenting Preston's nap on the floor:

Callie wonders why Preston is on the floor and not playing with her.

PLAY WITH ME. Preston is oblivious.

She begins to realize her efforts are futile.

Callie finally decides that Preston, although on the floor, is not being very responsive to her continued attempts to rouse his attention.
