We started our first night in Virginia with restorative food and drink en plein air.
The next morning, we had breakfast on the porch. There were lots of these.
Also lots of this.
Mmm...and this.
Then we found a pub where they had Newcastle. Joy abounded.
So did deliciousness (in the form of a salmon, bacon, and avocado sandwich).
We tasted wine,
Kicked off our shoes,
And came home to champagne and the top layer of our cake.
